Independent Historical Archive Scope
The service provides an independent historical Reddit archive and is not affiliated with Reddit. It offers read access rather than live feeds, posting, voting or private messaging. Responses are flat records, without guaranteed complete discussion trees. Availability, exhaustive coverage, immutable content and identical future query results are not guaranteed. Keeping local samples can support your own repeatable processing, but does not establish that the service supplies a permanent snapshot or that every matching record was retrieved.
Account and Credential Responsibility
You must protect your password and API key and respect applicable law and third-party rights when using retrieved content. Signup uses email and a password of 12 to 72 bytes; the key is shown once before payment. To replace it, sign in and confirm your password. The new key immediately invalidates the old one. Keys and balances belong to this domain. Password reset and emailed key delivery are not provided. The optional 100-credit trial depends on network-wide anti-abuse eligibility.
Credit Pricing and Payment Terms
Each successful retrieval, including an empty result, costs one credit at $1 per 1000 requests. A $50 minimum paid top-up buys 50000 credits. There is no subscription and paid credits do not expire. Invalid requests do not debit; upstream failures refund reservations. A successful retry after a lost client response costs another credit. /v1/status is uncharged. For payment, create an invoice after signing in, use its exact token, network, recipient and amount, then submit the transaction hash. Credit requires server verification of a confirmed genuine transfer, without a fixed settlement time.
