Stored Personal Data and Purposes
We store email addresses, password hashes, API key hashes and prefixes, credit-usage records, abuse-prevention information including IP information, and payment transaction records. These support account access, retrieval authentication, credit accounting, payment verification and abuse prevention. Passwords and API keys are represented by hashes for authentication. This policy discloses the categories of stored information, not the actual stored hash values or other account secrets. A payment record connects a verified transfer with its invoice and credited account.
Account Data Retention Scope
No fixed account-data retention period or automatic deletion deadline is specified. This concerns account, usage and payment information; it does not establish a retention period for archived Reddit content. It promises neither permanent account storage nor removal on a particular date. It also does not guarantee archive availability after any change to account information. Locally saved ingestion samples are separate artifacts under your control, and this policy does not describe the retention arrangements of your own warehouse.
Browser Storage and Analytics
The account widget stores invoice and user identifiers in browser localStorage separately for each hostname to recover the saved invoice. It does not persist the raw API key there. Authentication for the account panel uses a Secure HttpOnly session cookie, separate from retrieval API headers. Pages include Statinside site 43 analytics. The presence of these mechanisms does not imply cookie-free tracking. Keys and balances are scoped to this domain; network-wide anti-abuse checks do not create a shared account balance.
